Returns & Exchanges Policy

- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, though we will provide a return address in the USA, depending on your location.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please note: We are unable to offer returns or refunds for size-related issues. If you're unsure of your size, it's your first purchase, or if you're over 50, we recommend choosing one size larger to ensure the best fit.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on all orders within 30 days of delivery. If you'd like to exchange an item, simply contact us at support@thecomfylegs.com. Here's what you need to know:
- Exchanges are available only within 30 days of delivery.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label for the item you're exchanging. You’ll just need to print it and attach it to the return package.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your replacement within 3 business days.
- Please note: Exchanges due to size issues cannot be accepted. If you are unsure about your size, we recommend selecting one size larger at the time of your initial order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided with your order. If you believe your package may be lost or stolen, please contact us, and we will be happy to provide the delivery confirmation details (including tracking and shipping carrier information) for you to follow up with the carrier directly.
