Comfylegs™ provides 15–21 mmHg graduated compression and is designed for comfortable everyday wear. A prescription is not typically needed. For most people, properly fitted compression can be worn throughout the day. If you experience pain, numbness or unusual discomfort, remove the leggings and seek appropriate guidance.

Q: What if I choose the wrong size or want to return my order?

Your first size exchange is free within 30 days of delivery , including a prepaid return label. Eligible returns for a refund are also accepted within 30 days, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility . There is no try-on or restocking fee. How do I choose the right size?

Use the Comfylegs™ Size Guide before ordering. If your measurements fall between sizes, point toward different sizes, or you’re unsure which size to choose, email support@thecomfylegs.com and our Fit Support team will help you review your measurements.

How should Comfylegs™ feel, and how do I put them on?

Comfylegs™ should feel snug and supportive, with firmer compression at the ankle that gradually eases upward.

To put them on, start at the ankle and gently work the fabric upward, smoothing out any folds as you go.

Can I wear them for work, travel and long days?

Yes. Comfylegs™ is designed for everyday wear, including work, travel and long periods of sitting or standing. The breathable VentLite™ knit and footless silhouette make them easy to wear with everyday clothing and footwear.

What are Comfylegs™ made from, and how should I care for them?

Comfylegs™ is made from 70% nylon and 30% spandex with our breathable VentLite™ stretch knit.

Appearance: Slightly transparent. Designed to be worn under everyday clothing such as pants, skirts, or dresses.

Follow the garment care label and avoid high heat to help protect the fabric and stretch.
