Comfylegs™ Knee-High Compression Socks

Comfylegs™ should feel snug and supportive, with firmer compression at the ankle that gradually eases upward.

To put them on, start at the ankle and gently work the fabric upward, smoothing out any folds as you go.

Comfylegs™ Knee-High Compression Socks are designed for everyday wear, including work, travel and long periods of sitting or standing. The breathable VentLite™ knit and knee-high silhouette make them easy to wear with everyday clothing and footwear.

Comfylegs™ is made from 70% nylon and 30% spandex with our breathable VentLite™ stretch knit.

Follow the garment care label and avoid high heat to help protect the fabric and stretch.

Comfylegs™ Knee-High Compression Socks provide 15–21 mmHg graduated compression for everyday wear. A prescription is not typically required.

If you have a medical or circulatory condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. If you experience pain, numbness, unusual discoloration or persistent discomfort, remove the socks and seek guidance.

Your first size exchange is free within 30 days of delivery, including a prepaid return label.

Eligible returns for a refund are also accepted within 30 days, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. There is no try-on or restocking fee.

All U.S. orders ship from Las Vegas via UPS or USPS. Delivery typically takes 2–5 days after dispatch.
